About Us

Hello, I'm Peter, I'm 52, married to Gillian and we have 2 grown up Daughters and 2 Grandchildren. I am a sales manager for an international weighing machine company, based in Milton Keynes, U.K. I have been a Christian for just 7 years, yet in that time my life has changed so dramatically, permanently and positively. I believe that God's challenge for all believers is that we reach out and encourage others to listen to his word and to give him the opportunity to come into everyone's lives as creator, Father and Saviour, just as I took that chance in my life when Jesus tapped me on the shoulder those seven years ago.

My name is Alison. I have been working in a Garden Centre for the past 4 years. One of my funniest experiences was when I worked as a carer. One evening, very tired, I actually knocked to get OUT of someone's room, which gave a whole new meaning to Revelation 3:20 (Behold, I stand at the door and knock.) I enjoy collecting things that might one day be useful, like a 10 foot reproduction of Noah's Ark and a "gold" shoulder high Roman pillar. I once had a cardboard J.C.B. which was written off by one of Peter's Grandchildren, but we don't talk about that....

Saturday 15th May 2004 was a special day for a number of our lay ministry team when they were re-licensed at Peterborough Cathedral for a further three years work. There were also two new licensed Readers who have just completed their three years training course. left: Doug Spenceley, Right: Andrea McAuliffe & Centre: John Kidney, re-licensed Reader.

Past events include childrens school holiday clubs, open air services in
local pubs, church plant events, school open days, village fetes and Christian
Youth fellowship meetings.
We always aim to be visual, practical, interactive and
exciting with our presentations and hope to leave you with some very interesting
things to think about.

16th February 2004. Alison and I guesting at the Northampton Music
Appreciation Society, Quaker's Friendship House, Northampton. Philip Bricher
amp; Friends Concert, in aid of the Northampton Autistic Society.
This was not Step! by Step! event as such as we were playing for Philip at
this charity concert. We had however an opportunity to tell the audience about
Step! by Step! which resulted in a few very nice comments and some enquiring
questions as well.
