Richard Stanford-Beale has 16 years local government experience at senior management level.

Richard has managed all aspects of the services which the company provides, including street scene management, landscape management, street cleansing, grounds maintenance, waste management, highway maintenance and liveability issues.

Richard has an honours Batchelor of Science degree in Landscape Management, a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Diploma in Horticulture.

Richard is a member of the Landscape Institute and the Chartered Institute of Waste Managers.
